Description
Product description
These heavy-duty telescopic slides were designed for extreme loads in heavy-duty applications. They are characterised by maximum mechanical strength. The innovative double-T intermediate element safely absorbs enormous forces, whilst large stainless-steel balls and a robust ball cage ensure consistently smooth and effortless running, even under full load. The system minimises any deflection and ensures stable, precise movement of the mounted components. This means the rail system performs optimally during the opening of heavy battery compartments in trains and electric vehicles and when handling heavy loads. In automation technology, they enable robots to precisely grip and position heavy components. In crisis management and emergency vehicles they ensure that heavy technical equipment is ready for use quickly and without obstruction during an emergency.

Note
By telescopic slides with full extension, the travel is roughly equal to the installed length, which ensures greater comfort and accessibility. The dynamic load capacity of the telescopic slides indicates the maximum load rating of a vertically mounted slide pair when the entire extension length is used. The load capacities stated were determined for a rail spacing of 500 mm and refer to the maximum value after 18,000 cycles.
When fitted horizontally, the load-bearing capacity per pair is 81 per cent less.
The installation clearance between the cabinet and the drawer should be between +0.2 mm and +0.5 mm for a rail thickness of 35 mm.
It is recommended that the telescopic slide be secured using M10 screws minimum grade 8.8 and a screw-in depth of 12 mm. To achieve the specified load-bearing capacity, all fitting points must be used.
